Meditech International Inc offers the most advanced and comprehensive Low Intensity Laser Therapy System for the treatment of sports injuries, arthritis and a wide variety of musculoskeletal pathologies.

The System is used in medical clinics, rehabilitation centers, pain treatment clinics and sports facilities; to list just a few.

BioFlex incorporates flexible treatment heads with multi-source diode arrays that can be molded to the contours of the target tissue. This patented design feature ensures the effective delivery of optimum levels of irradiation and dosage.

BioFlex has penetrating laser diode treatment heads which address superficial as well as deeper pathologies, delivering healing energy where it is needed.

The BioFlex Main Control Unit provides the user with unprecedented control and accuracy of treatment. Its advanced technological capability offers unlimited adjustment of key treatment parameters including pulse modulation, energy density, power, frequency, wave-form, duty-cycle and duration. The Main Control Unit monitors the power output of the system, guaranteeing the accurate and consistent delivery of photon energy to the treatment site.

The LacriCATH® balloon catheter has revolutionized the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction in children and adults. Nasolacrimal duct obstruction can cause a condition called epiphora (chronic tearing). Children and adults affected by this condition experience excessive and uncontrollable tearing and often encounter infection as a result of the nasolacrimal blockage. Current treatments for this condition include probing of the lacrimal system in children and incisional dacryocystorhinosotomy (DCR) surgery for adults, and as needed for children.

ISOFLO™ Single and dual lumen disposable intrauterine pressure catheters provide the ability to monitor your patient's labor with greater accuracy.

The Quest Intrauterine Pressure Catheter (IUPC) measures the frequency, duration, and most importantly, the intensity of uterine contractions. The dual lumen catheter allows you to perform amnioinfusion simultaneously while monitoring to alleviate problem situations including variable decelerations, thick meconium, and oligohydramnios.

Intra Uterine Devices

Injeflex is the most modern IUD factory in the world, with Canadian know-how based on 30 years of experience and more than 45 million IUDs sold, complying with all international quality standards.

Optima is produced in a class 100,000 clean room, where treated and filtered air is changed more than 20 times an hour and monitored for absence of bacteria and fungi. Injefex's commitment extends to the complete quality control of all raw materials used.

General Surgery

Hernia Mesh

Mpathy® Mesh is made from fine monofilament polypropylene, a material which has been used successfully in hernia surgery for over 40 years. The filament is of minimal diameter to provide sufficient bursting strength of 16N/cm, which is the maximum tensile strength of the human abdominal wall. The knit pattern has been designed to minimise the mass and provide maximum porosity, while offering good handling capabilities.

Bacteria are between 1-10 microns in size, enabling them to infiltrate all meshes. Infection-fighting cells such as macrophages are of 50 microns or more, which means that microporous meshes (such as those which are tightly knitted) have an increased risk of infection and inhibit effective tissue ingrowth. Mpathy® Mesh has an interstitial pore size of 50-60 microns, allowing optimal tissue ingrowth and reduced risk of infection.
